Cesarean plus bilateral tubal occlusion (OTB)

Caesarean birth is the birth of a baby, through the incision made in the lower area of the mother's abdomen. During the caesarean section, the incision made for the delivery of the baby is used and a bilateral tubal occlusion (OTB) or salpingoclasia is performed, which is a permanent contraceptive surgical method. Having a tubal ligation immediately after delivery does not usually involve a longer hospital stay.
