Excision of rhinophyma

Rhinophyma is an inflammation of the tissues that line the nose (on the outside). Its technical name is rosacea, it causes enlargement and redness outside of normal, the visible distortion in it produces non-aesthetic changes, sometimes it can be benign and in other malignant ones by the appearance of carcinomas in the skin in some cases, these are extirpated. This problem is much more common in men than in women.
