The endoscopic is an exam in order to detect problems in the nasal sinus, the bullous conch occurs when one of the shells, or turbinates, inside your nose is filled with an air pocket. This is also known as pneumatization of the turbinate. Shells are structures made of bone inside the nose. They help control the flow of air in your nose. They also clean and heat the air you have inhaled so that it is ready to go to your lungs.
