Neonatal intensive care

Medical unit designed to care for all newborns (0 to 28 days of age), babies born before term or very premature with any morbid process or life-threatening illness (critical state) and that has the possibility of being resolved through the intervention of a human and technological team designed specifically for this purpose.

This procedure includes ventilatory management 24 hours a day, intubation, placement of umbilical catheters, neonatal monitoring and calculation of parental nutrition.
