Knee arthroscopy + meniscectomy + ACL reconstruction

Arthroscopy is performed through small incisions; meniscectomy is the surgical removal of all or part of a torn meniscus (a meniscus tear is a common knee joint injury). The anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) is a surgery to reconstruct the ligament in the center of the knee (keeps the shinbone (tibia) in place); a rupture of this ligament can cause the knee to loosen during physical activity.
