Removable metal-acrylic prosthesis

Removable metal prostheses, also known as skeletal prostheses, are dentomucosoportadas partial dentures; that is, they are held in both the teeth and the mucosa, and are performed when the patient still retains some of their natural teeth. These prostheses are removable, or what is the same, can be removed and placed by the patient. They are made by a metal structure (metal base), the teeth and reconstructions of the gum are made of acrylic resin.
