Cataract surgery with multifocal or trifocal lens (each eye)

Cataract surgery is the safe surgical procedure that consists of removing the crystalline (natural lens of the eye) of the patient, which has lost its transparency due to the passage of time or for other causes and is replaced by a multifocal lens (they allow the patient see at different distances thanks to concentric circles or steps carved on its surface) or trifocal lens (which allows focusing at short, long and intermediate distances) that will perform its same function.
