Surgery whose objective is to correct cataracts and presbyopia through the extraction of the crystalline (natural lens of the eye) of the patient, which has lost its transparency due to the passing of time or for other causes and is replaced by a PanOptix trifocal lens (which allow focusing at short, long and intermediate distances) that will perform its same function.
