The MAP (ambulatory blood pressure monitoring) or also called blood pressure holter, is a non-invasive, safe, painless and affordable test, which allows to record the patient's blood pressure for a predetermined period of time, a known device is used as a tension holter, which is formed by a portable sphygmomanometer (device that measures blood pressure figures) connected to a recorder that records the data obtained for further study.
