Complex exodontics

A complex tooth extraction is the procedure to remove a tooth, it is performed under local anesthesia through an incision, which usually does not give rise to complications if the dentist's recommendations for post extraction are followed. After the exodontics, the discomfort caused by the bad tooth is eliminated and the dental health is recovered.
A complex extraction can be performed when there are very advanced caries, in third molars, teeth with deep fractures, retained teeth, supernumerary, etc.
