The topography-guided laser and crosslinking is the combination of two procedures in one. In the first part of the procedure, the laser is applied to reform the cornea and immediately a few drops of riboflavin solution are applied to saturate the entire cornea. In the next step, ultraviolet light is applied for 4 minutes to activate riboflavin and strengthen the cornea.
The procedure is safe and novel, it is practiced with local anesthesia, and it lasts approximately 15 minutes in total (per eye), and its goal is to improve the vision and resistance of the cornea in the future, that is, remove its conical shape with the laser, improving the astigmatism that this deformity induces, improving vision and at the same time giving it rigidity to maintain this new shape forever.

Note: This procedure requires staying 1 week in the country.
