When you have sensitive teeth, certain activities, such as brushing your teeth, eating and drinking, can cause acute and temporary pain in your teeth. Usually, the dentist treats the sensitivity after its appearance, applying desensitizing products on sensitive areas of the teeth to reduce pain; however, desensitizing products can be applied to prevent sensitivity.
To prevent dental sensitivity from reappearing, it is recommended to brush your teeth twice a day and floss daily, to keep your teeth free of sensitivity, but above all to ensure good oral health.
