Inguinal hernioplasty

An inguinal hernia is a lump located in the groin, which emerges through a weak spot in the abdominal muscles. The resulting bump can be painful, especially when coughing, bending over or lifting a heavy object. The curative treatment of hernias is surgical repair, which aims to push the contents of the hernia inside and repair the weak area in the muscular wall, reinforce it with stitches.
