Frenulectomy by penis frenum

Frenulum plasty or Frenuloplasty due to penile frenulum is a simple, mild surgical procedure that is performed with local anesthesia. It is indicated in cases of brevity of the frenulum of the penis, it is the surgical removal of the abnormal frenulum of the penis.

The Frenulum of the Penis connects the foreskin with the glans penis and the body of the penis. The frenulum is located in the lower part of the penis (also known as the ventral surface of the penis), when the frenulum is stretched or short, the tension in the frenulum during erection can cause pain in the penis. The short frenulum can also cause curvature of the penis (bent penis).
