Manual scraping per session (treatment for periodontitis)

This procedure involves manual scraping per session (filing) where a dental scraper and a curette are used to manually remove (scrape) the plaque from the teeth to treat periodontal disease, known as moderate periodontitis. In case of severe periodontitis it is recommended; before performing the surgical procedure and during the dental cleaning that must be performed before surgery. Its objective is to control and prevent periodontitis.
