Intravenous ablation with radiofrequency

The treatment of varicose veins, also known as intravenous ablation, uses radiofrequency or laser energy to cauterize and close varicose veins in the legs. It can be used for cosmetic purposes, but it is most commonly used to help improve the symptoms of varicose veins such as pain, swelling and irritation, discoloration or inflammation of the skin. Endovenous ablation is safe, less invasive than conventional surgery, and practically does not leave no scars.
