A fleshy eyes, which is also known as pinguecula or pterygium, is an abnormal growth of the conjunctiva on the cornea, usually occurs more frequently in the area closest to the nose. Surgery is performed to remove this abnormal growth, then perform a conjunctival graft from the patient in the place where the pterygium is removed, to reestablish the conjunctival layer of the area.
