Bichectomy

Bichectomy is a surgical technique in which bichat bags are removed. Bichat bags are small accumulations of fat that we all have. They are located on the inside of the cheeks, and provide greater roundness to the face. Those people who undergo a bichectomy achieve a more elongated and harmonious face by accentuating the cheekbones, obtaining greater angularity in the cheeks.
