Dental CT is a complete radiological study of the patient's mouth, since it allows three-dimensional images of the anatomical structures to be obtained. Its use is especially relevant to allow detecting other lesions that may go unnoticed if studied with conventional radiographic techniques.
Dental tomography allows bi and three-dimensional “cuts” to observe in detail any element, the dentist can obtain all kinds of information about the patient's mouth: quality and density of the bone, where the nerves and blood vessels pass, etc, and thus guarantee absolute and efficient precision when designing the dental treatment plan.
