Fetal monitoring

Fetal monitoring is a painless and non-invasive prenatal test that is usually performed in the last weeks of pregnancy and during childbirth in order to control the uterine activity and intrauterine wellbeing of the baby. Monitoring will verify that placental functioning and fetal oxygenation are adequate, and also measures in what state the mother's uterus is in this last stage of pregnancy.
